Cisco IQ is an AI-powered digital experience for Support and [future-state] Professional Services, with the potential of reaching hundreds of thousands of users globally. The unified interface provides proactive insights about customer networks and assets to help anticipate issues before they escalate. AI insights and interactions are woven throughout to support customer inquiry and data refinement, making the complex task of network management easier.
My focus on Cisco IQ has included managing the Polarity design system, assessing and creating AI and Learning integrations, visual language, UI patterns, interfacing with communications and marketing teams on messaging and notification strategy, shaping the entitlement experience, and refreshing search and filter interactions based on customer input.
Polarity is the design system of record for Cisco IQ. It aligns with the Magnetic design system used by Cisco product teams to ensure a consistent experience for end users. I collaborate across organizations to keep our teams and vision on track by connecting on key systems decisions.
The launch of Cisco IQ has resulted in over 15,000 users accessing the interface within the first 4 months of GA. Feedback has been positive with customers appreciating the work to simplify data access and reporting comprehensively across their Cisco assets.
