Cisco IQ is an AI-powered platform that supports engineers and administrators facing complex network security and asset management challenges. AI insights and recommendations are woven throughout to support customer inquiry and data refinement.
The launch of Cisco IQ was a game-changer for customers because it brought dozens of disparate tools and resources under a single platform, vastly simplifying the complex work of managing and securing their Cisco assets.
My role with Cisco IQ requires daily interfacing across a globally dispersed cross-functional team of leaders and practitioners to manage decisions and drive deliverables related to: design system; AI and Learning integrations; visual language; UI patterns; messaging and notification strategy; entitlement strategy and experience; search and filter interactions; and enhancements based on customer input.
The 2026 TSIA STAR award winner for Smart Automation Excellence, Cisco IQ had over 15,000 users within the first 4 months of GA—a record for a platform launch of this complexity and scale.
