Atlas is a full-spectrum learning platform for enterprise use. It serves as a single resource to access course content, manage career growth, connect manager views, track credentials, and explore career transitions. It was born from a vision to unify an overwhelming number of learning resources and frameworks employees faced in a global corporation.
This project drew on explorations and learning from two prior teams in an extremely focused timeframe. The goal was twofold: 1) to unify the learning experience for employees and 2) to test the potential for an externally marketable product.
The Atlas project work successfully established a scalable model to support 290,000+ registered learners and set the standard for future corporate and customer learning experiences.
